Hi! I am a Montreal (Canada) based family physician who has been asked 'Well, doc, what can I do to get better or stay healthy?' enough times, I set out to create an educational experience that provides a path through the multiple facets of health in a way that prompts action, challenging those who asked not only to gain knowledge but to actually implement changes one step at a time. We'll touch upon diet, movement, rest, relationships, spirituality, clean living, finding purpose, giving to others, nurturing outer and inner ecosystems, heart-rate variability, whether or not humans ca do photosynthesis... If its been proven to promote health, it will be in here. Dig in!
