Jessica Latimer

A tried-and-true Rhode Islander, Jessica Latimer found her niche when she joined area lifestyle brand ALEX AND ANI as the Social Media Manager in late 2012. Over the course of the last two and a half years she has helped build out and manage a team of 11 people – six social media coordinators and managers and five digital customer service specialists – all of whom share the same passion she does for storytelling through social media. Their unique, no-Tweet-left-behind approach has gained them national recognition during major events like Super Bowl XLVIII and the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games. In April of 2014, she was promoted to Senior Manager, Social Media and Customer Engagement. Before transitioning into the retail vertical, Latimer worked in magazine publishing for nine years where she served as Managing Editor overseeing two titles, their websites and respective social media strategies.
