Hamid Moradi is a Las Vegas-based engineer and commercial real estate development professional with more than two decades of experience delivering complex projects across engineering, construction, and development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, along with minors in Computer Engineering and Renewable Energy. By 2008, Henry Moradi of Las Vegas transitioned into real estate development through Paramount Engineering and Development, where he took on responsibilities such as site acquisition, feasibility analysis, and entitlement coordination. He also played a role in managing due diligence and negotiating land agreements. Their work focused on evaluating zoning, infrastructure, and risk factors while maintaining flexibility for projects involving phased development or rezoning. In his leadership role, Hamid "Henry" Moradi of Las Vegas has managed numerous commercial projects, including retail and mixed-use developments across Las Vegas and Reno. He coordinates multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule. He contributes to contract management, cost tracking, and construction oversight, helping maintain financial discipline throughout each phase of development.
