Kemtal's foundation in leadership was built on a solid educational background from triOS College, where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). His extensive experience in retail management began at TJX Canada, where he quickly advanced through roles such as Field/Operational Trainer to Store Operations Manager. His leadership was instrumental in launching the first six HomeSense stores in Canada among over 40 new store openings, demonstrating his capacity for driving employee performance and customer satisfaction. In 2007, Kemtal transitioned to a significant role as Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions. In this position, based in Texas, he refined his mentoring and motivational speaking skills, overseeing the creation of leadership training for project directors and managers. His success led to his promotion to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, where he managed a large team and introduced various new product offerings and operational efficiencies. Previously serving as an executive pastor at a prominent nondenominational evangelical Christian megachurch in Texas, he managed nine campuses and later focused on assisting individuals affected by the church. Additionally, he has offered support and encouragement to pastors within AFCM International’s Southern Plains Region. Today, Kemtal Glasgow continues his impactful work as Managing Partner at Victorville Group, where he coaches the next generation of business and nonprofit leaders.
