I am a Professor of Nursing at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing where I also am the Director of the ASN to MSN Level. That is a program for nurses with an associate degree or a diploma to gain entry into our MSN program without completing a BSN. I have been on faculty since January 1995 and still love it! I feel very fortunate to be able to still say that! I am on the GLMA Board and have been a member of GLMA since 1997. I live with my partner of 18 years and our three children who have a total of 12 legs. Woof! I will become a FAAN in October 2014 and hope to participate on the AAN LGBTQ Health Expert Panel.
