Dr. Simon Obas

Dr. Simon Obas is a dynamic K–12 education leader currently serving as the Deputy Administrative Head of Schools at School in the Square Public Charter School. He brings over 15 years of experience leading strategy, operations, and culture across high-performing schools. Previously, he was Head of Schools at Paterson Prep, where he secured nearly $1 million in program funding, achieved 95% parent satisfaction, and rebuilt the Special Education program for full compliance.
